The "No Confidence Zone"

According to my prof, Barb, we are officially now in the "no confidence zone". Otherwise referred to as the Valley of Death. At the beginning of the year, our prof's showed us this graph. And it was pleasantly re-introduced on Friday. To vaguely describe it to you, it is an interaction of confidence, learning and time. Before we started learning anything, our confidence was high. Over time, as we began learning more and more, our confidence slowly began to drop (I'll have to agree with that). And now..nearing the end of the semester we are overwhelmed with knowledge which we must have solidified and integrated in two weeks time as final exams start. Yes, the Valley of Death, the no confidence zone, definitely the place I am sitting at the bottom of right now. Can someone please tell me what a Ukranian dancer does? I can't figure out the eccentric contraction of his quads...............

"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a feast before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever."
Psalm 23:4-6

Hopefully the valley of death will quickly pass into a valley of life and light--especially after Dec. 15th. You can do it! Under you are the everlasting arms. Mom
