"Hi, I am here"

I wish I could explain the story to go along with the title. Only, I know it won't be quite as funny as when it actually happened so I'll stick to pointing out the person who gave me a new quote, Jorge, he's the only on the right sticking his tongue out.
I'm back in Chilliwack for awhile now, after enjoying a fun-filled time at the world congress in vancouver with lots of learning :) Above is Steph, Tracy and I at our wine and cheese reception.

Steph and I with one of our favorite prof's, Barb.
Crazy times on Robson street. Steph is cool, I'm trying really hard.
Karen, thinking long and hard about everything she's learned at the conference...

Steph, Teddy (Tracy's BF) and Tracy at Dim sum, last Saturday morning in Vancouver.
Us girls, (karen, rakefet, steph, me and tracy) at Stanley Park riding Tandem bikes around. SO FUN!
At Tracy's birthday celebration where the waitress spilled 3 glasses of water down my back. I had a very wet back and butt for most of the night. Not so fun :( But funny when it happened!
Teddy and Tracy at Stanley park posing for some pics.
Steph and I at Kits beach loving the sunshine, sand and lack of anything school related.
So, that's a glimpse into my last week. I finished my placement a week ago, hopped on a bus for a long 17 hour bus ride back to Vancouver, spent the week (until Wed.) at the PT conference and now am enjoying some serious down time in Chilliwack at my parent's home. I'm happy to be home, to catch up on some sleep, to see friends and just be for a little while!

What's with the 3 glasses of water down the back. Is that some sort of "special treat" they give you at that restaurant, even though it wasn't your birthday. A little strange I might say. Hey so we're coming home in 3 weeks, get ready!

Hey Jen!
Ofcourse, just after you leave, we get the 30C plus weather!!! It was just TOO hot! I know, I know...you won't believe it until you feel it! Anyways, seems like you're having a blast...I wish I was on Robson or in Stanley park too. Kits beach sounds pretty awesome too. Well, we'll be seeing you next month!!

It was seriously TOO good seeing you today! Knowing that you would be in the 'Wack when I arrived home from Europe today was a lot of what got me through the awful plane ride :) Looking forward to many beach excursions and good times! Love you and I'll talk to you tomorrow!
