ok...i lied

i said i would post MORE now that i'm back in school as a tool of procrastination. and then reality hit. in a condensed semester such as the one i am in the midst of, there is not a spare moment for procrastination. yes, i have gone to a bbq, played a game of football and been drenched in sweat. i have gone to a goodbye party for my good friends Jeff, Hannah and Ava. i have sat by the fire and played the guitar late at night when i should have been in bed and i've gone to bed at 930 when i should have been studying. but those were all things i needed to do to keep myself sane. blogging...this was not a necessity until tonight, when i find myself in front of the computer, knowing i need to finish an assignment, study for an exam, maybe even re-learn some anatomy before a practice lab tomorrow but i don't want to do any of it. so here you have it..my one post of the 'semester'. (not bad considering i'm taking 3 classes in under 3 weeks!)

My elbow on a bag of peas. i hurt it weightlifting at the gym. of course.

Miss Ava: she's all that, and a bag of chips ;)

Hannah and Ava--so adorable!

Here's the story. Becky and I bought flowers (in a pot) for Diane's birthday (the lady of the home I am staying in) at Sobey's. We asked to get them wrapped and this young, I'd say about 14ish looking boy came over, collected the flowers and "wrapped" them for us. We had a good laugh over it...he basically just took a huge piece of wrapping paper and taped it up in a couple spots COVERING the flowers! Hee hee...who gave the job of wrapping flowers to a teenage boy?

That's all I've got for you tonight :) I MUST go study now and if you think of me this week, pray for a clear head that will REMEMBER all the pertinent information that I must spew out to a very intimidating professor on Tuesday at 8:40 a.m.!! Thanks to any one who still reads this blog of mine!

Hi Jen,
Heather and I still read it, so for the encouragement that that is... keep doin what ya gotta do in the balancing act of school, life and blogging. I'm pretty sure there is other things to balance as well.
Just got back from a week of speaking at Stillwood now off to Creationfest at The Gorge.

Thank-you for your email today. I can't lie... I'm not doing so good. But am resting in the arms of our dear Father....looking for Him to bring the comfort that seems so hard to find.

Can't wait for you to be with me. I love you and miss you.
