My first cadaver lab-wow. Not knowing what to expect to see and to smell, I was slightly apprehensive about cadaver anatomy today but what an experience it was. I was very intrigued to have such a hands on experience of the body, to really see what I have learned about for years. Once I got past the initial smell (the one that still lingers on my hands) I was very much in awe of what was before me. An amazing educational experience to be sure but even more so, a deeper knowledge of a creation put together by the hands of our God... yet what I saw was just a shell of what used to be. Hmmm. It makes me wonder who this person was, what their life was like and who is still grieving over the loss of someone special. My deepest respect goes out to this person. An experience that will continue for the semester but not soon forgotten...

You're truly a tougher person than i am, that's for sure! I would have been gagging my gutts out! I loved biology...dissecting and stuff...but REAL people!? Whoah! I'm just too weak-stomached for that business!
Hey, no worries about last night! I got your message (& email) but we went to bed super early last night...we were beat from the weekend so it wasn't a big deal. But i would love to talk so give me a call whenever it works for you!
MISS YOU!!!!

Sounds amazing Jen (besides the smell)! It's great to hear you acknowledge God too! We so often forget, and look at the complexities in LIFE and attribute it to chance.
