I wanted to share with you the most beautiful setting in which I run my butt off several times a week. The river valley. It is so close to campus, I have the opportunity to throw on some running gear and head out the door into God's creative landscape between or after classes. There are many trails to choose from in the most peaceful setting. Running seems crazy to some, but to me, it's exhilirating. I run--to keep in shape, I run--to slow down, I run--to clear my head, I run--to challenge myself, I run--to find myself, I run--to pray, I run--to enjoy the company of others, I run--to the rhythmic pounding of my feet and the swinging of my arms, I run and I run and I run...because I can. I am a runner.

Oh wow, how beautiful is that! I kinda miss running in the cool fall air. Great photos, Jen!
Yet another truly inspirational post! hehehe I love your enthusiasm Jen! And actually, as I read your little running blurb, I thought to myself, "Man, I really miss running." So maybe I'll just have to do that :)
Beautiful trail you have there! Wish I could come "run" it with you ;(
