Patrick Roy in disguise...or should I say, "La" RoyMy reading week has been good. But nothing blog-worthy since mostly I've been studying. Last night though I took a break to go outdoor skating with some friends! Apparently, nobody in Edmonton calls it "ice" skating, it's just skating here. I always call it ice skating though and I guess people know I'm from B.C. when I do. Anyway, it was fun! I got really cold toes so I had to take my skates off but I still managed to be one of the goalies when we played hockey. I began with no stick so I have a few bruises from stopping a very hard puck with my shins and my feet but I eventually got to use the shovel...I was unstoppable then.
