Last night, my friends Heather and Andrea threw an Indian-themed dinner party. Authentic clothing and even better, authentic food. The food was amazing! I can't say I contributed much considering I drove back to Edmonton from Red Deer for the party but I did manage to bring my rice cooker to make coconut jasmine rice.
Andrea made home made chai tea (from scratch!) for our after dinner drink--it was amazing! The food above was only a portion of what was there!
